The staff, they just weren’t very engaged and everything including routine things eg check in felt like a real difficulty.

only suitable for 1 night, unhelpful staff, room was tiny, second reading lamp did not work, complaints were not followed up, rooms we had to walk past stayed unmade for two days with lights on and doors open, carpets were not cleaned daily, toothbrush and toothpaste disappeared on second day

The room is very very small and the bed isn’t big for two people too. The room isn’t clean and comfy and there are only two towels and there isn’t soap for shower. The hotel is very expensive for less than 24hours.
