Mixed reports: some guests found rooms and towels worn and housekeeping inconsistent (floors not swept, not cleaned some days), while others noted good overall cleanliness.

• Service9.2

Consistently praised: friendly, helpful reception and staff, assistance with luggage and solving transport issues; multiple guests highlighted excellent service.

• Location9.4

Outstanding central location near Monastiraki/Acropolis/Plaka and within walking distance of major sights; quiet side street noted positively.

• Room Quality7.6

Mixed: some rooms described as spacious and comfortable, others small; issues reported with shower design (water spreading), noisy AC and sound from adjacent rooms.

• Amenities8.0

Useful amenities such as luggage storage and breakfast box on early departures; some negative notes about A/C performance and toiletries/coffee not being replenished.

• Value for Money8.0

Generally viewed as good value given the prime location and service, though some mention an extra nightly charge (5 euros) and language limitations for some guests.

• Food and Beverage8.6

Breakfast frequently praised (good selection, cakes, abundant), but some guests noted limited variety and occasional lack of replenishment for items like coffee.

• Overall Experience8.4

Overall positive stay driven by excellent location and service, tempered by occasional cleanliness, room size, and amenities issues.
