Noisy at night, mechanical thumping. Shower water would suddenly go ice cold. Exits were one way. Could go out but had to re-enter in front door. Problem when your car was not in the front of the property.
The rooms were clean and fresh looking. It was in a good location if you are going to Red Rocks. The towels smelled clean. I was with my husband, but would feel safe to stay there by myself. The front staff was great. My booking had not yet gone thru but she worked hard to find a solution. The manager was able to find my reservation via a website they had.
