The staff was courteous, the rooms were luxurious, and the location was within walking distance to the beach. It was overall a wonderful time! We especially enjoyed the infinity pool overlooking the ocean view.

I liked the room and general location.

I didn't like that the hotel was located between 2 allys. No matter which way you entered the hotel, it felt like walking down an alley and wasn't enjoyable. Also, the hotel never felt super clean. Multiple times, we walked past trash, like used ear tips, on the floor. The elevators were also scary and would act up from time to time.

Imo, the best value in waikiki. I live on kaua'i and come to Oahu often and this hotel is the best all around. Great rooms, perfect location and amazing staff. 5 stars
