住客評價分析
- Cleanliness8.5
Multiple reviews note rooms as clean and well-maintained (e.g., 'room's was very clean', 'Clean rooms'), indicating generally strong cleanliness standards.
- Service8.5
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and excellent at reception; guests praised check-in assistance and staff support during incidents, supporting a strong service score.
- Location8.7
Many reviews highlight an ideal/ excellent location close to the exhibition centre, arena, shops and airport — a clear strength for this property.
- Room Quality7.0
Mixed comments: comfortable beds and good showers noted, but issues with mattress softness, small room size, missing furniture (no table/chairs), and privacy/ventilation problems reduce the rating.
- Amenities6.5
Several guests reported missing or limited in-room amenities (no mobile charge points, minimal cutlery, no toaster, no sheer curtain, no fan option) and limited kitchenette facilities, indicating below‑average amenities.
- Value for Money7.0
Mixed perceptions of value: some guests used discounts and found stays acceptable, while others felt the price did not meet expectations given basic breakfasts and limited apartment supplies.
- Food and Beverage7.1
Breakfast opinions vary — some praise the buffet while others call it sparse and note coffee is not included; on-site cafe food received specific negative comments, giving a slightly above‑average but inconsistent score.
- Overall Experience8.3
Overall sentiment is positive: enjoyable stays, comfortable rooms and helpful staff are common, tempered by specific issues (amenities, food variability, parking/accessibility) reported by some guests.

There wasn't a clear number for room service I had to go order from the restaurant itself and take it to my room myself
