The only thing I didn’t like was that I didn’t book enough days in New York — and at The Manhattan Club! 😄

They took a $500 deposit that I didn’t get back for 3 weeks that they didn’t tell me about

Room size and cleanliness were very good and hotel location was excellent.

Not contacted by front desk person (Jerry) to checkin before 4pm besides requesting early checkin with him at property by 10am. Cleaning woman often did not grant my request for more hand towels and more tea. Club only provided basic Lipton tea. Many elevators did not work or operated very slowly.
