The facilities list were a bit misleading. You need to pay extra to use the pool, sauna etc. The gym can only be used by one person in the booking and additional payment applies for another person. They should put on the advertisement, ‘with extra cost’ to those services. If I knew we couldn’t access the pool without paying extra, I would’ve stayed somewhere else as it was already expensive to stay here.
