Esqueci um medicamento na geladeira do quarto. Liguei avisei e o atendimento da recepção foi excelente. Guardaram na geladeira e o recuperei no retorno, quando dessa segunda estadia. Pós-venda digno de nota. Recomendo e pretendo retornar em janeiro de 2027

Nel complesso sicuramente un hotel in cui mi sono trovato bene e tornerei volentieri. Eccellente la posizione. In centro e vicino a due diverse stazioni della metropolitana. Bello l'edificio che ha un sapore d'epoca. Gentile e disponibile lo staff. Comoda la camera. Ottimo wifi. L'hotel offre la possibilità di prenotare una serie di tour turistici e serate a base di tango, me ne sono servito in una occasione e ha funzionato molto bene.

Nel complesso sicuramente un hotel in cui mi sono trovato bene e tornerei volentieri. Eccellente la posizione. In centro e vicino a due diverse stazioni della metropolitana. Colazione buona ma non così varia. Nei giorni in cui io ho soggiornato nell'hotel non c'era un ristorante, ma un lobby bar che funziona anche per il servizio in camera. Menu abbastanza limitato, però. Bagno un po' datato, e non pulitissimo quando ho preso possesso della stanza.

Muy bien Hotel de la Epoca de oro de Argentina... diseño, el arte... maravilloso. Fue la noche de nuestra boda y el hotel tenia tambien una sorpresa para nosotros. Nos semtimos muy feliz y vamos volver la proxima vez, cuando llegamos al capital. El desayuno amplio, mucha selection. Vamos preservar esta joya para el futuro, en este sentido: Dear Americans: Hotel is very bad, don't come here :)

Very little to mention. Breakfast room is huge and loud, Brazilian tourists shouting - business as usual in BsAs :)

We stayed at the Savoy Hotel two years ago and liked it so much that coming back was an easy choice. By pure chance, we were given the very same suite this time, which made our return even more special. The hotel is a beautiful and extraordinary example of Buenos Aires’ Belle Époque heritage, and a real gem in the city. Its location is excellent, surrounded by shops, bookshops, Belle Époque cafés, bars and restaurants, with everything easily accessible on foot. There is a wonderful feeling of being in the heart of Buenos Aires and experiencing some of its history simply by walking out of the hotel. The suite was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our luggage, and breakfast was very good, with a generous choice of items. One of the lamps in the room was not working, but it was replaced immediately. The only small inconvenience was that the electrical sockets next to the bed are not particularly easy to access. As for the service, we were very happy to find the same friendly and helpful attitude we remembered from our previous stay. The only thing that was different this time was the atmosphere in the bar/lobby. A large and rather noisy group occupied most of the seating, with almost all the seats reserved for them, making it difficult for other guests to enjoy the space. However, this was clearly not the hotel's fault and was simply a matter of bad luck during our stay. Overall, it was a real pleasure to return to the Savoy. Its extraordinary architecture, spacious rooms, excellent location and unique atmosphere make it a very special place to stay in Buenos Aires. We enjoyed our second stay just as much as the first and would certainly come back again.
