Really close to the tram that takes you straight to the centre of the city. Good spacious room, modern feel.

The breakfast was a little disappointing. Very busy and ran out of key items that weren’t replaced quick enough. Orange juice machine not working, hot chocolate machine not working.

I booked this hotel to be close to the airport for an early flight...in future I would stay there for ANY trip to Florence! With clean and modern facilities, this hotel is exceptional in providing value for the cost, which was less than I paid at guest houses in Florence! It is actually easier to get to major sites from this hotel than from some of the guest houses as it is just 5 minutes from the tram which runs from the airport through the city. This made it MUCH easier than having to transfer to busses and/or walk long distances with heavy luggage. The staff at the hotel was professional and friendly and everything was easy for checkin/checkout. (Push button cappuccino in the lobby available anytime!) My single room was efficiently equipped with everything a modern traveller could need, including a room safe and mini fridge (which are not usually found in guest houses). I found this hotel to be a welcome relief from some of the challenges experienced at older properties during my trip through Florence and Tuscany.

I had absolutely no concerns or complaints! This is better than a typical airport hotel as it's so close to the tram which services both the airport and the city center.

Molto belle e spaziose le camere, receptionist gentili e disponibili.
