住客評價分析

• Cleanliness7.6

Generally praised as very clean in many reviews ("Extremely clean", "muy limpio"), but some reports of poor cleaning and carpet/hair issues reduce the score.

• Service8.8

Staff repeatedly described as helpful, friendly and welcoming across multiple reviews (positive mentions in English, French, Arabic, Dutch), though a few service policy issues were noted (luggage policy, daily toiletries on request).

• Location9.2

Consistently highlighted as excellent — close to Gloucester Road tube, parks and transport links; many reviewers cite the location as a main positive.

• Room Quality6.6

Frequent complaints about small/basic rooms, limited natural light or windows facing a wall, small/uncomfortable beds and occasional AC problems; some rooms described as recently renovated and bathroom clean.

• Amenities7.0

Mixed: breakfast available and some positive notes, but lacking in-room fridge, no laundry facilities/service, small elevators and occasional maintenance issues; toiletries sometimes not provided unless requested.

• Value for Money7.6

Several guests call it good or very affordable value for a central location, though at least one guest felt it was low value for the price.

• Food and Beverage7.0

Breakfast is described positively by some, but overall food is basic for others and occasional supply issues (e.g., milk availability) were reported.

• Overall Experience8.6

Overall positive experience for a no-frills, centrally located hotel with helpful staff and clean rooms; downsides (small rooms, some service/amenity limits) temper the score.

Window looked into wall and room next door.

Hotel was in perfect location for business meetings I had in Kensington. Room was a bit too small with the 1 person 90cm wide bed, which I do not remember I saw ever in a hotel. But it was clean and since it was only 1 night stay, it fulfilled my needs.

I really have never seen such small bed in the room. It felt like being back in the childhood sleeping on those small beds we all had, which is very unusual to see in hotels
