What a remarkable stay in this hotel, where every detail evokes its history. Everything is refined and thoughtfully designed, and the staff show a level of attentiveness rarely found in other hotels of this category. We had mentioned when booking that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and on arrival the butler told us the hotel had upgraded us. A huge thank you for this lovely gesture!

Perhaps just one small drawback: the air conditioning in the room is rather noisy, so it would be nice to have earplugs available in the bathroom.

Nous avons passé 24h exceptionnelles au Grand Hôtel d’Angkor. L’hôtel est magnifique (la piscine, en particulier, est spectaculaire), et les chambres très confortables avec une literie d’exception. Mais surtout, l’équipe était attentionnée, aux petits soins. Nous avons rarement été aussi bien accueillis dans un hôtel. Nous remercions toute l’équipe d’avoir rendu ce moment si magique ! Le petit déjeuner était délicieux, ainsi que les cocktails de l’Eléphant Bar.

Absolument rien ! Tout était parfait.

The air conditioner in my first room blew damp musty air, which didn’t help with my respiratory ailment, but the hotel moved me to a dryer bigger room with a dehumidifier. They were sincerely apologetic and couldn’t do enough to help to resolve the situation.
