Breakfast - Good but required a lot of to-ing and fro-ing to collect it all - maybe nice if tea/coffee were actually served. We arrived tired from a sleeper journey which boarded late so were delighted to be offered early access to a room - really grateful. Friendly staff and help in sorting out places to visit. complimentary drinks and chocs were nice.

Found a very long hair in my cereal - not sure where it came from but probably the fruit salad or berries. Rather offputting. Menu choices contracted during our week's stay as stocks were wound down whilst a new menu was planned which was quite frustrating.

Getting to your room. The system of switching elevators to get to certain floors is like a maize.if you’ve got mobility issues or you’re drunk, forget it.
