住客評價分析

• Cleanliness8.5

Multiple guests explicitly praised cleanliness ("Very clean", "el hotel limpio", "propreté"); one report of a missed room cleaning resolved promptly and one mention of a room smell, so overall cleanliness is strong but not flawless.

• Service7.5

Service is mixed: several mentions of helpful, friendly staff and attentive valet, but also reports of poor reception attitude, a complaint about denied late check-out, and one guest listing 'service' among negatives.

• Location9.0

Location is repeatedly highlighted as excellent and very convenient for Brickell/metro/metromover access; many reviews emphasize proximity to shops and downtown.

• Room Quality7.5

Rooms are described as comfortable, spacious and modern by many guests, but there are isolated negatives (smell, missing hairdryer, occasional cold shower) that reduce the score slightly.

• Amenities8.0

Amenities such as pool, gym and valet are noted positively; breakfast and some in-room features had mixed feedback (valet fee noted, hairdryer missing), so overall good but with minor gaps.

• Value for Money8.5

Several guests explicitly praised the hotel as a great quality-price option and recommended it; overall perceived as good value for the location and offerings.

• Food and Beverage7.5

Breakfast received mixed comments — some called it varied and fine, others said the menu was nothing special — resulting in a slightly above-average but not outstanding score.

• Overall Experience7.5

Overall impressions lean positive (comfortable stay, good location, helpful staff) but tempered by service inconsistencies, occasional maintenance/water issues, and isolated strong negative reports.

The breakfast area gets incredibly busy. The food selection is limited and lacks variety from day to day

No parking except their overpriced valet only which cost $45 and of course someone else has to drive your vehicle. No parking in the street either because you can only pay in three hour increments so you have to park far away and walk.

It was really close to public transportation and the train to the airport. The room was spacious with a good bed.

The desk chair was wobbly and the extra chair was extremely low to the ground--just an odd choice. The water in the shower was not consistently hot. We were unable to get into our room until after 5:00 p.m. for our first night.

Propaganda enganosa. Aparece no site com café da manhã. Era um cafezinho da máquina e nem sequer fincionaba
