The place was convenient for our early morning flight the next day. The room was clean.

None of the staff was fluent in English. The parking fee of over $40 was a surprise and frankly deceitful (why not just include that in the hotel cost per night??) and the checkout process was cumbersome because of that stupid parking fee. I complained at the front desk and the reply was “all the hotels in Waikiki do it”. As a longtime Hawaii resident I now understand why tourism is dropping around here. NOT TOURIST FRIENDLY!! I will tell all my friends about this so they will think twice about staying at this hotel. Whatever price they see on booking.com just add $40 per night if you want to know the actual cost!!!
