住客評價分析

• Cleanliness4.0

Multiple reviews call out cigarette smoke odor, rooms smelling bad and being too dirty; cleanliness is a clear weak point.

• Service7.8

Service is mixed but generally positive: several guests praised accommodating and helpful staff and shuttle service, though a few described rude or unhelpful front-desk interactions.

• Location8.5

Frequently noted as convenient — close to airport, Sphere, strip and other activities; occasional comment that it can feel a bit far without a vehicle.

• Room Quality6.0

Rooms are described as spacious and secure by some, but others mention outdated fixtures and persistent smells which lower perceived quality.

• Amenities6.5

Amenities such as pool, free shuttle and live band are positives; some guests miss in-room fridge/microwave and note distant ice machines or limited store hours.

• Value for Money8.5

Many reviewers highlight low price and strong value for money, repeatedly calling the hotel affordable and good value.

• Food and Beverage7.0

A few comments praise the food and lounge (live band); not many detailed F&B reviews but generally favorable or neutral.

• Overall Experience4.5

Overall impressions are mixed: value and location are positives, but pervasive smoke odors, occasional poor cleanliness and some service hiccups reduce the overall satisfaction.
