I enjoyed my stay at Towers Rotana Dubai, particularly the hotel’s cleanliness and convenient location. The receptionist who assisted me at check-in was exceptional—welcoming, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, I cannot recall her name, but she deserves special recognition for her excellent service.

One area for improvement is breakfast. A wider variety of options would enhance the experience, and extending breakfast hours until 11:30 a.m. would be much appreciated.

The hotel is located right in the city centre, which is very convenient. Everything was great, and overall we had a pleasant stay. However, the price was quite high, especially considering that breakfast was not included.
