住客評價分析

• Cleanliness8.5

Generally praised as very clean and well maintained (several guests explicitly noted 'very clean'/'sehr sauber'), though a few mentioned missed room cleaning and blackened shower joints.

• Service8.5

Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and accommodating across reviews (welcome, breakfast staff and a helpful porter), despite a few notes about a cold welcome at arrival or limited language help.

• Location8.5

Frequently noted as convenient—next to metro, parking and close to Cité des Sciences—while some rooms face a busy intersection causing traffic noise for certain windows.

• Room Quality7.5

Beds and comfort praised (comfortable mattresses, good family/adjoining rooms), but several guests reported small rooms, limited closet space and occasional noise or window insulation issues.

• Amenities7.5

Useful extras noted (luggage lockers, parking, games/activities nearby), but shortcomings include lack of toiletries in some rooms, limited veg/gluten-free options and occasional missing housekeeping.

• Value for Money8.5

Multiple guests mention good value for the price and suitable facilities for families and city trips, supporting an overall positive value perception.

• Food and Beverage7.0

Breakfast praised by many as a highlight (varied and tasty), however several guests found it weak or too simple, noted limited dietary options and instant coffee in rooms.

• Overall Experience8.0

Overall experience is positive with repeated mentions of pleasant stays, good service and comfortable sleep, tempered by occasional noise, small rooms or breakfast/amenity limitations.
