The staff were trying their best to be helpful

The first room they gave me had blotchy bed covers, urine spots on the toliet seat and was clearly an old room, I booked a night in advance because I was arriving in the morning hoping to get rest the moment I arrived, they transfered me to the newer cleaner tower where coincidentally all the "european" and "north American" guests were staying. Then on my third night on a Tuesday night the restaurant two floors above me was blasting music making the walls vibrate in the room, it was the upper management of the hotel having a DJ party, I request to change my room after they refused to turn the bass down, they gave me a a quieter room below, so basically I had to change my room twice during my 4 nights business trip, the only good thing about my stay was that it was close to the L&T offices. The lower level staff tried their best to help me out and I appreciate them.

We honestly had a wonderful time at Westin Powai Lake. Our room was beautiful, as well as the whole property. We genuinely enjoyed the calm and serene atmosphere of the environment, which fully met our expectations for this stay. I would like to specially thank Govind from the Lake View Cafe, who provided us with incredible service. He has been the most caring person we met during our stay: his kindness and attention to details are truly remarkable and we wanted to highlight it. Thank you once more time for everything - we hope to visit again soon.
