The location is perfect and close to everything! The staff was really nice and welcoming and the breakfast was also good with a variety of options. The rooms were clean and modern and big! 😁

The only thing I can say is that the water pressure in the shower was quite low

Opravdu krasne SPA v cene u vsech premium pokoju, krasny bar Mirror v prostorach hotelu, vsude blizko hotel je opravdu v samem centru a i na promenadu k Dunaji je to par kroku. Velice vstricny personal, mily, napomocny.

Hotel uz neni super moderni, zarizeni by si jiz zaslouzilo modernizaci, ale vse ciste a funkcni. Snidane dostatecna najdete si tam sve, ale urcite bych ji neoznacila fantastickou. Zadna velka gastronomie a kazdy den uplne to same. Ale opet vseho dostatek a vse cerstve.

Das Hotel befindet sich in ausgezeichneter Lage im Zentrum von Bratislava. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll gestaltet. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat angenehm lange Öffnungszeiten und lässt absolut keine Wünsche offen.

Das Hotel befindet sich in ausgezeichneter Lage im Zentrum von Bratislava. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll gestaltet. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat angenehm lange Öffnungszeiten und lässt absolut keine Wünsche offen.

Sehr enttäuschend war, dass am Sonntag Abend - obwohl die Bar offiziell um 22h schließt - bereits um 21.15h kein Einlass mehr in die Bar gewährt wurde. Es war im gesamten Hotel nicht möglich, um 21.15h etwas (Tee, Wasser etc.) zu trinken und schon gar nicht eine Kleinigkeit zu essen zu bekommen, was uns vom Personal relativ unfreundlich kommuniziert wurde. Da auch der Kühlschrank in der Mini-Bar des Zimmers leer war (mit dem Verweis, dass man sich für eventuelle Wünsche gerne ans Personal wenden kann!!), ist das für ein Luxushotel mit internationalen Gästen, die auch spät Abends noch ankommen, absolut unverständlich und sehr enttäuschend.
