景色が最高です。２回目でしたが、今回も高層階に案内いただき文句なしの景色でした。スタッフの方も皆さん笑顔で気持ちの良い対応です。次回もまた来たいと思わせてくれる、そんな場所です。

強いて言えば、エアコン使用時の音が少しだけ気になります。

Perfecte ligging in Waikiki, meteen aan het strand dicht bij winkels en restaurants. Het appartement is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het personeel neemt bij aankomst de tijd om alles uit te leggen in het appartement. Heel fijn is ook de valetparking onder het hotel.

なんといってもロケーション。ワイキキのほぼ中央でビーチが目の前、今回は40階建ての37階という高層階でもあり最高でした。使いやすい部屋、何でも揃っていて調理しやすいキッチンなど、家族やグループで過ごす方にはオススメです。

シーツ交換の際にソファベッド分の交換はなかなか上手く伝わらなかったこと、前回の宿泊時には利用できた冷蔵庫のウォーターサーバーやセカンドベッドルーム側の浴室の浴槽が無かったこと。

The only thing we didn’t like was what we called “open-mic night on Saturday. The folks preaching, singing and yelling into a microphone across the street went on well past midnight and was so loud and annoying. I doubt you can do anything about that issue. We were just happy it only went on 1 night.

立地，ホスタビリティ，スタッフ全員の対応，最高でした！ 設備面では他の有名どころのホテルと同じように建物の若干の古さは感じられるものの，10年前の滞在時と比較して水回り含めた内装もリノベが完了し，毎日の清掃(共用部も含めて)も行き届いていたので全く問題なしでした． 03, 04号室側のエレベータが２機稼働体制になると完璧だと思います．
