Room was only available after two hours post check in. Staff didn’t know and were unable to tell us how long it would take before it would be ready, so we attended the reception multiple times within that time frame and told, “Sir it will be ready shortly”. After getting the room, it was warm. Tried to play with the aircon and fan without success only to have a technician attend the following morning and tell us both were broken. At our on volition, had to request a new room after being told they wanted to replace parts in the air conditioning and that we would need to wait hours for this. After they accepted the request to have a new room, we played the same dance as check in. Told our room would be definitely ready in an hour. Attended reception an hour later, still not ready. Advised that it will be ready in 30 minutes, attended 30 minutes later and it was not ready. It was ready shortly after that. Reception staff seemed to have no meaningful communication with other staff throughout the resort which made trying to arrange very basic things incredibly tedious. It felt like they put minimal effort into anything and the fact that we had so much difficulty with the basics (ie getting our room in a timely manner or having air conditioning) felt like we were being a burden on them at every interaction. At night before bed, my partner and I like to watch Netflix or some type of tv. They have brand new tv’s installed, however they had zero functionality so we were unable to watch anything.

me disgusto mucho que los restaurante de especialidades como el sushi y el de mariscos estuvieran cerrados en especial que el faro estuviera cerrado por remodelación, nunca me lo hicieron saber que estaria cerrado muchas areas del comolejo😔
