We got earlier check-in for free. They handled our bags after check-out for couple of hours.

The pool have been out of service and NOONE told us this information before. We were really dissapointed about it.

Había unos spot de luz muy fuerte dando precisamente en la ventana; la persona que estaba en mostrador cambió nuestra habitación por una king siza y no por 2, reservé una habitación con vistas, sí tenía vistas pero al techo del restaurant y nos alojaron en el 2° piso, los spots te encandilaban de noche, no se podía ni abrir la cortina, pudo estar excelente pero no lo recomiendo por el precio exagerado para lo que me dieron

Hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. Restraint on-site was nice, although pricey. Shuttle to cruise port was nice and reasonably priced at 10 perperson.
