An excellent stay all around. The lake view was beautiful, the room was great, and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. The staff is highly professional and helpful; special thanks to Shereen at the front desk for the service.

Outdoor pools and slides that were closed Rooms that are not for number of people booked, very small and claustrophobic The doors dont close properly so air con is constantly on the go and the noise is unbearable Really old dirty curtain carpets really bad. Shower head that doesnt work so had to use the bath.

Room is extremely from 90's , Very old furniture and extremely consumed Hotel itself is nice but apart from the rooms
