The staff..... Oh my goodness, the staff! So wonderful! I had tried to arrange for a taxi from the airport ahead of time, understanding there may be scams. This was all okay, but in the end I made the mistake and got into the wrong vehicle... since I had arranged the ride with a service recommended by the hotel, they were aware and continued to message me the whole time until I got to the hotel. They were prepared to talk to the driver and explained to me the appropriate rate, etc. (To be honest, they were more concerned than I was, but the level of concern for me and the reputation of Buenos Aires was so comforting). They also offered to change money at an appropriate rate and overall it is clear they are trying to make sure all guests feel comfortable. The room was spacious and modern, considering the neighborhood. The location was an easy Metro ride to anywhere and next to one of the Big Bus routes... Congreso was a nice break from the hustle and bustle and more of a local feel, but easily accessible all the major tourist points in the city. And again - the staff - so lovely and helpful. I would definitely stay here again just for the feeling of people looking out for me and feeling of 'homeliness'. But also, you can't beat the price for a modern hotel with business amenities.

Muy limpio, personal amable, buena ubicación. El desayuno es muy bueno, con variedad y calidad de los productos. El baño de la habitación excelente, con muy buena presión de agua, muy buena ducha y todos los implementos necesarios, como jabón líquido, shampú, acondicionador y secador. Está muy bien que la habitación tenga cofre de seguridad. La cama era muy amplia y cómoda.

El baño de la habitación excelente, con muy buena presión de agua, muy buena ducha y todos los implementos necesarios, como jabón líquido, shampú, acondicionador y secador. Está muy bien que la habitación tenga cofre de seguridad. La cama era muy amplia y cómoda.

Es urgente arreglar los dos enchufes que están al lado de la mesa porque los de mi habitación, la 104, hacían un falso contacto, por lo que tuve que hacer "maniobras" para lograr que el cargador de mi celular funcionara (llamar al electricista a la brevedad). La imagen del televisor era bastante mala, los canales se veían bastante poco nítidos. A mejorar.
