The worst things was that there was no hot water at all so neither of us could shower. It's a basic need and so this was really disappointing. When I tried to call down to reception the phone wasn't answered. When we spoke to staff about it we got an apology but I would suggest this isn't enough for having not hot water when you've paid £150 for a hotel room. The car park was clogged up with staff cars which meant that parking was a total pain with cars needing to be moved for us to get in. You can not book the parking in advance so this can not be avoided and there are only 15 spaces. .

The twin room was excellent with good facilities, breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice and the location was perfect for the Abba Arena which was our main reason for staying

L'Accueil était chaleureux. Le repas du soir était délicieux et le petit déjeuner à volonté. Bien situé à 10 minutes à pied du métro.

Seul petit problème qui ne concernait peut-être que notre chambre - pas facile d'avoir de l'eau chaude pour la douche.

Hot water boiler had malfunctioned which meant we couldn't have a shower. No apology or offer of recompense as we checked out.

The breakfast was very simple , not ham or cheese sliced. Pillows very uncomfortable 🥴 had a headache in the mornings .
