Das Zimmer war klein und übermöbliert. Ich war wirklich unangenehm überrascht wenn wir die Rezeption informiert haben dass eine Schlüsselkarte nicht funktioniert und die Antwort war : Ich weiss (und es wurde gelöst). Kein Entschuldigungswörtchen!

Excellent location, in the centre of the historical old town. we booked a delux room and was delighted that we hade a side view of the golden roof. our room was very spacious, the bed was very confortable. double aspect windows. breakfast was very good, the scrambled eggs were delicious!

No mini bar, which i would have expected from a 4 star hotel. reception said ' because we have a hotel bar'. for us it would have been nice to have one to put a couple of soft drinks in etc. true that fizzy water is available free of charge, from the bar. Would have been nice to have bigger glass drinking glasses, as the two provided were the smallest i have ever seen.
