It was close to where I needed to go value was ok I would probably expect cheaper to be honest. I don’t know why they didn’t let me in the front check in door when I first arrived but ended up walking around to try find someone and then saw another entrance to the reception where I was asked where I was going in not the most polite tone. After letting the man know I was there for check in he was a little more polite but after a long travel you don’t really expect to be locked out of reception when you arrive during broad daylight and then being spoken to like you shouldn’t be there.

Room was a bit dirty I had to move beds to get the chair under the desk so I could take a conference call and eww. Shower was ok. Bed was ok line. actually smelt clean. Toilet struggled to flush and I could find anywhere to refill my water bottle other than under the tap in the toilet

One of the bed legs was damaged, creating a serious safety hazard that could easily cause a guest to fall and suffer an injury. This is unacceptable and should have been identified and fixed before the room was made available to guests. Furthermore, the noise from the neighbouring room was clearly audible, compromising privacy and making it difficult to enjoy a comfortable and peaceful stay. Overall, this accommodation fell far below our expectations. Guests pay for a safe, comfortable, and pleasant experience, and unfortunately, this was not what we received. We would not stay here again, nor would we feel comfortable recommending it to anyone. We expect management to take these complaints seriously and address the safety hazard immediately. The damaged bed poses a genuine risk of injury and should never have been made available to guests in that condition. Given the unacceptable condition of the room and the disappointing experience we encountered during our stay, we expect a prompt response and an appropriate resolution from management.

nothing, just regret and disappointment

Loved the affordability of this stay, have stayed three times and really happy with the quality and cleanliness of the hotel. I think there could be small improvements but this really reflects in the price 😊

The parking is tight at the front and limited around the back. Bathroom is also a little tight.

VERY thin walls, kept awake most of the night by people in next room talking. Also, children were playing in the hallway and it was very loud. Road noise also very loud
