Room size, location and service

1. No covered link between Tower 1 and 2. We checked in at Tower 1 and was allocated a room in Tower 2. We had to drag our luggages across on the open road for about 150 meters. Even with the help of a bellboy, it was an ordeal for seniors like us. Imagine if it was raining! 2. No pick up and drop off point near the hotel entrance.

Checked in at Tower 1 and allocated a room in Tower 2 which entailed pushing our luggages across a 50-60 m uncovered path way to our room. Luckily there was no rain or typhoon
