Unfortunately, my stay was far from comfortable. The room was located right next to the elevator, and the lack of proper soundproofing made it extremely noisy and difficult to relax. Additionally, there was an issue with the hot water in the bathroom, which took an unreasonably long time to resolve, causing further inconvenience. The parking arrangement was also very impractical. Every time we needed to enter or exit, a staff member had to come and manually open the gate, making the process unnecessarily frustrating. Overall, these issues significantly affected the quality of my stay. I expected a much more comfortable and convenient experience, and I believe the hotel needs to improve its soundproofing, maintenance response time, and parking accessibility.

Per quanto l’hotel sia bello e pulito non è da 5 stelle . Spazio per l’esposizione della colazione ridotto e non all’altezza di un 5 stelle . Importo troppo elevato per la tipologia di hotel , abbiamo chiesto upgrade che non ci è stato concesso nonostante avessimo visto una prenotazione lo stesso giorno ad un prezzo molto inferiore rispetto ciò che avevamo pagato e nonostante non usufruissimo della colazione nel giorno della partenza poiché avevamo l’aereo alle 5.35 .
