1. There are not enough outlets in the room. 2. We wondered if the hotel had been sold because we had stayed there several other times, including one visit three months earlier. The prices had gone up greatly, making the whole experience not a good value. 3. We looked forward to having dinner in the restaurant, which we had enjoyed on previous stays. Indoor seating was no longer available, and the outdoor seating was too cold. Prices had increased, and portions decreased. 5. In sum we will not return.

Tiene buena ubicación excepto que está la salida del puerto y eso es horrible.Desayuno bien aunque para 5estrellas es escaso y el personal de buffet muy amable y profesional.

Mal servicio de limpieza,nos dejaron sin limpiar 2 días y encima dejaron el cartel de no molestar,nos dieron una llave ya no funcionaba las tarjetas,fue un cambio a una habitación superior y fue lamentable. El secador al calentarse se paraba,la nevera no enfriaba……

1st night! I booked the room with a garden view. But the room for the first night didn't have a garden view. We arrived around 9 pm, so we couldn't look outside. The next morning, I complained, and they moved us to a different room with a good garden view.

Point positif: - personnel très acceuillant et disponible - Très bon petit déjeuner varié - Un très beau cadre Le hall, la décoration piscine - Le restaurant est délicieux avec des prix abordables

Points négatifs: - le ménage laisse à désirer c’est uniquement de la surface et encore il n ya pas de nettoyage des sols prévu c’est uniquement un changement des serviettes et le lit - Lors de notre arrivé la crème pour le corps individuelle ainsi que le conditionner avait été utilisé - Il s’agit d’un hôtel 5 étoiles nous étions étonné que nous n’ayons pas d’eau ou café chaque jour dans la chambre comme à notre arrivé - La literie n’est pas confortable - La mention chaînes satellite ne convient pas il y a uniquement des chaînes tv locales - L’hôtel est très isolé il n ya pas grand chose aux alentours le centre ville est à 15 min en voiture et 1h à pied le bus passe toutes les heures si vous avez des escapades prévu ou même pour manger il faut le prendre en compter

I made a reservation to this hotel past midnight since we had to leave our airbnb. We were able to check in late since the reseption is open 24/7 and were able to add second night. The pool was great and staff friendly. Parking in front of the hotel

The breakfast was disappointing for the price (it cost 16e per person since it did not include in the price of the hotel). I expected more for a 5 star hotel. The AC was not good and the bathroom did not drye at all
