We arrived as a family of 5 and booked 3 rooms at this hotel. We arrived to find that in 2 of the 3 rooms there was no wardrobes, just shelves. In our room we found a wardrobe rail hanging above the fridge in a space that might have once been a wardrobe, there was a damp/musty smell, no hot water for 3/4 days, the balcony doors soundproofing is inadequate. The lifts were not always working. The shower leaked and the bathroom cupboard needs replacing. The hotel is in need of a lot of updating

I had 2 bags and a box that I stuggled a little with carrying to my room. So assist with that would hav3 been nice.

Run down building , no smart that allow streaming TVs , pool was in very poor repair rubbish room stank needs painting to cress building you have to walk through car park

The room was very dated the cupboard with the fridge in it was broken the bathroom tiles were mouldy could use an update. The pool tiles were missing as well
