住客評價分析
- Cleanliness9.6
Multiple guests explicitly noted the resort and rooms were very clean/super clean; generally excellent housekeeping and maintenance comments aside from isolated pool-area maintenance notes.
- Service9.2
Overall strong praise for staff (friendly, attentive, exceptional at many touchpoints) but several reports of slow or inconsistent service and at least one incident of missed in-room requests, so mixed but still highly positive.
- Location9.3
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
- Room Quality9.6
Rooms described as comfortable, renovated with lovely interiors and high quality; guests repeatedly praised room comfort and design.
- Amenities9.1
Spa and facilities were highlighted positively (spa praised), pool is large and family-friendly; however some activities were limited/closed due to weather and some services (spa, activities) perceived as expensive and pool areas need occasional maintenance.
- Value for Money9.0
Generally good value given quality of rooms, service, and food, but some guests noted pricey spa/activities and occasional disappointment with available leisure options which slightly lowers perceived value.
- Food and Beverage9.4
Breakfast and F&B received many strong positive mentions for variety, quality and presentation, though a few guests noted limited restaurant options operating and one comment about breakfast quality being below expectation.
- Overall Experience9.2
Majority of reviews describe a memorable, wonderful or unforgettable stay with exceptional staff and design; a few operational limitations (limited restaurants/activities, occasional slow service) temper a perfect score.
