On arrival personnel treats you fantastic.Valet took my car from my hands and bell team took all my bags before I even noticed. Check in went smooth and we were able to leave our bags with staff who closely supervised our belongings . Later on they brought all our bags to our room. It was great

The smell. This place smells and looks just like a resort in Mexico.

The Westin is in an ideal location right by the harbour with lovely views from our balcony Room was spacious and kept spotlessly clean by the room maids. All the staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was amazing with the best coffee we had on our trip. We would definitely stay again.

My daughter said the sauna was not hot enough so needs attention. There was a half an hour wait for a seat at breakfast on our last day but this was unavoidable due to the hotel being very busy and everyone apparently turning up for breakfast at the same time which we appreciated can happen and we were given an extra half an hour to check out to make up for it which we were happy with.
