The hotel staff was excellent and very helpful. Jovan in particular and the bar and restaurant staff. Lovely lounge and bus to the center of Geneva in very close proximity.

Bad coffee at breakfast and some items are not very fresh, such as the pastries and some bread. The omlette and hot food were coldish. Please provide a cosmetic and dental kit for the bathrooms.
