No microwave when one was noted as included in listing; oven dated and slow; chaio coffee machine was defective and di not work; room was note serviced for two days - we had to chase it; card system reader in lifts was poor - took many attempts top activate; parking was in another building and expensive per day; poor fire door installation to next room.

We’ve stayed here a few times now and we absolutely love it. The location is perfect, and the rooftop pool, spa and gym is amazing - the views are incredible, and you feel like you’re at a resort. The staff are always so friendly and helpful as well.

It is a bit dated, the rooms could use some upgrading. But it’s clean and the beds are comfy and the facilities and location make up for that.
At least one bar on site and more restaurant options in-house.
Excellent location. It is very close to the Airport Express bus station. The location is close to the city centre and within walking distance to many nearby restaurants.
