Our room was not serviced and there was no hot water for a shower on the Saturday morning.

There was no hot water. When I asked the staff I was told there was nothing they could do about it and nothing was offered. Really disappointed as I had treated myself for my birthday. We aren’t a third world country and I feel I was completely fobbed off by the staff.

Its not worth the price you pay for a room. We stayed in Grand room there was nothing grand about it
