Beautiful historic main building. Nice meal options with 2 on-site restaurants and 2 bars. We did not take advantage of the pool and gym, but they seemed popular. Wonderful to walk around the grounds and observe some golfers (we are not golfers, so did not use the course.) 15 minutes to airport, (proximity was why we chose the property, as we wanted a bit of a retreat before flying back home after busy days of driving and exploring Scotland.

Disappointed in how a special request for my husband's birthday was handled. Bar service (in main building) extremely slow.

Quando chegamos havia pelos em nossa banheira mas reclamamos e logo enviaram alguém para limpar. Havia apenas 3 toalhas (a reserva era para 4 pessoas) mas solicitamos mais uma e trouxeram para nós. Nada grave.

The cleaning of the rooms was not very thorough: sheets still wrinkled/bed not tidy made. Sometimes towels were neatly refolded, other times not or just a few. Pool area feels very clinical, not very cosy. Quite expensive for what you get.
