Service. All the staff were on holiday with no one to look after the guests. No towels, no cleaning and no room service. Booking.com should made it clear to their members that the hotel has got all these preconditions. Do not recommend this place to anyone..

The room smelt like mould. The facility itself is not secure. It was also further away from the city centre than I thought.
