住客評價分析

• Cleanliness9.8

Frequently described as very/spotlessly/immaculately clean across reviews; housekeeping praised repeatedly.

• Service9.6

Staff repeatedly called attentive, kind, friendly and very helpful (multiple mentions, including named staff); service is a standout feature.

• Location9.7

Described as centrally located / ideal for local attractions and near La Setas; many guests highlighted convenience and walkable restaurants.

• Room Quality9.1

Rooms generally praised (comfortable beds, good bathrooms, effective aircon, occasional balcony/upgrade) but a few minor issues noted (creaky bed, no outside window, one report of being given same room after upgrade).

• Amenities9.1

Rooftop pool, good coffee machines and quality toiletries mentioned positively; minor negative notes about plastic bottles and small in-room water bottles.

• Value for Money9.0

Value is implicit in many 'would stay again' comments and quality of offerings; one mention about breakfast price reduces this slightly.

• Food and Beverage9.5

Breakfast repeatedly described as excellent with a wide range of options and lovely coffee; very positive overall with isolated pricing comment.

• Overall Experience9.4

Overall sentiment is highly positive (headlines: 'perfect', 'exceeded expectations', 'would stay again'); minor issues noted but do not detract from a very strong overall impression.
