• Cleanliness8.6

Generally reported as very clean and well maintained (multiple comments about 'very clean' and 'instalaciones nuevas y limpas'), though isolated issues occurred (ant infestation in one room, occasional slight drain odor).

• Service8.6

Mixed but overall positive: several mentions of friendly, professional and attentive staff and effective housekeeping, contrasted with a few reports of unfriendly personnel or brusque interaction with cleaning staff.

• Location9.6

Consistently praised as central and ideal for sightseeing (walking distance to the cathedral/center, 'muy centrico', 'central location'); repeatedly cited as a primary positive.

• Room Quality9.3

Rooms and bathrooms described as modern, comfortable and spacious with very good beds and large screens; positive room comfort comments dominate.

• Amenities9.0

Good on-site amenities noted (excellent bar, nearby quality restaurant, modern facilities); minor negatives relate to external works affecting surroundings rather than hotel amenities.

• Value for Money8.2

Mixed: several guests mention good value ('Ótimo custo benefício'), but complaints about pricey/tight parking and paid bottled water reduce perceived value slightly.

• Food and Beverage7.7

Breakfast generally described as good but sometimes basic; some guests wished for in-room breakfast option and found F&B limited in one or two cases.

• Overall Experience9.4

Overall very positive with repeat guests and multiple recommendations; nuisances (roadworks noise, intermittent Wi‑Fi, isolated service/cleanliness issues) tempered but did not dominate overall sentiment.
