The doors are heavy and need a bit of a shove to close properly. Lots of door slamming in the night from other guests.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 — Heathcote Hotel We stayed at the Heathcote Hotel while visiting for a concert, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The room was spotless, absolutely enormous and so comfortable, with a huge, incredibly comfy bed. The bathroom was spacious too. Despite being in a central location, our room was lovely and quiet and we didn’t hear any external noise at all — perfect after a night at a concert! The staff were amazing — so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good, and the central location made it really convenient for getting around. We thought it was really good value for money and would definitely stay here again. A huge 10/10 from us!

Beautiful hotel both outside and in. Room was really spacious, the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in in a hotel. Bathroom was fabulous. Staff were really helpful and friendly. I’ll definitely be staying here again as the location was perfect too!

The guy on reception was so welcoming, we was going to a concert helped me and my sister where to get the tram from. Breakfast was amazing, even through we was a little worst for wear.

was disappointed that there was no restaurant for evening meals. Only for breakfast. On the day of arrival the lift wasnt working.
