住客評價分析

• Cleanliness8.6

Multiple guests explicitly praised cleanliness and tidy, well-organised apartments; housekeeping named and thanked. One report of an unpleasant odor was promptly resolved by reception.

• Service8.6

Staff repeatedly described as very friendly, helpful and responsive (e.g., quick response to odor complaint); overall strong service sentiment across reviews.

• Location8.4

Location is frequently praised: close to several malls, central and convenient with good high-floor views. Recurrent downside: traffic noise from surrounding roads is noticeable for some guests.

• Room Quality7.6

Rooms and apartments noted as very spacious with full kitchens and appliances; however several guests reported issues (old furniture, uncomfortable sofa, aircon too warm, bathroom leaks/poor drainage and occasional odor), lowering this category.

• Amenities8.8

Amenities are a strong point: large clean pool with towels available, well-equipped kitchens, washing machines and general facility completeness noted by guests.

• Value for Money8.3

Not frequently discussed in reviews; assigned the target overall rating as a neutral baseline ('Standard quality for this hotel tier').

• Food and Beverage7.1

Breakfast received repeated criticism for limited variety and an Asian-focused selection that some guests found unsuitable; occasional crowding also reported.

• Overall Experience9.0

Majority of reviews describe a pleasant or magnificent stay, with guests recommending the property despite some issues (noise, breakfast variety); overall sentiment is strongly positive.
