The staff were absolutely amazing during my stay and are the reason for the high rating. I interacted with several female staff during my stay (Aug 21-23) and each of them were so extremely patient and helpful going ABOVE AND BEYOND on multiple occasions. One of which time was literally helping me with my taobao/luggage fiasco which had absolutely nothing to do with the hotel; but they took the extra time to help me and solve everything for. When we were unsure about the car, one of the check in ladies ran to the back to ensure we wouldn’t have to - the service was amazing and I am so impressed. Would absolutely stay again.

Initially when we entered the room there was a slight smoky smell but I notified the staff and they changed us immediately. The new room had zero smell
