住客評價分析

• Cleanliness5.2

Multiple reviews mention very dirty floors, mold in showers and generally poor bathroom cleanliness; several guests explicitly complained about sand/dirty floors and unpleasant-smelling bathrooms.

• Service10.0

Many guests reported very friendly and helpful staff who assisted with needs and room moves; a few isolated reports of rude or obstructive reception behavior exist, but overall service sentiment in most reviews is strongly positive.

• Location10.0

Consistently praised across languages: described as very central, excellent location and close to the city/places of interest.

• Room Quality9.0

Several guests praised large, new rooms and good room standards; some mention small rooms or older/badly maintained bathrooms in a minority of stays (mold, moisture spots).

• Amenities9.5

Positive mentions of elevator, security guard, and overall facilities being orderly; a few issues reported (intermittent hot water in one report), but amenities are generally well regarded.

• Value for Money6.4

Multiple guests felt price was not justified, reported being overcharged or charged by exchange rate and expressed dissatisfaction with value given the cleanliness/issues.

• Food and Beverage8.0

Breakfast is described positively (several mentions of good/excellent breakfast) though some guests noted disturbance from construction during breakfast service.

• Overall Experience8.3

Balanced impression: excellent location and generally helpful staff and good rooms, but repeated cleanliness issues and intermittent service/value problems produce a mixed-but-positive overall stay.

El personal y la ubicación está muy bien. Pero me dieron la habitación sucia el piso del baño y mojado y las paredes en capas deshaciéndose del baño.
