住客評價分析
- Cleanliness9.0
Multiple reviewers explicitly called the property clean and luxurious, though one stay reported a ceiling leak that flooded the kitchen and affected the room's condition.
- Service9.5
Staff were praised for responsiveness (repaired leak promptly) and service at pool/spa, but there are notable negative reports about deceptive or slow check-in procedures that lowered perceptions.
- Location10.0
Beachfront location and proximity to good local restaurants were noted (beach, nearby Mexican restaurant); location is described very positively.
- Room Quality8.8
Rooms are described as beautiful and luxurious by some guests, but issues were reported (ceiling leak/flooding, and a booking mismatch where a kitchen was expected but not available).
- Amenities10.0
Amenities received strong praise: pools (including adult pool), spa, and daily activities were highlighted and exceeded expectations for several reviewers.
- Value for Money7.8
Multiple complaints about being way overpriced, charges for water, expensive drinks (e.g., $24 Chardonnay) and food at high prices reduced the value perception.
- Food and Beverage8.5
Food was described as 'just ok' and pricey by a reviewer; drink prices were singled out as high and guests recommended alternative local dining across the street.
- Overall Experience10.0
Overall impressions are polarized but skew very positive: some guests called it a 5-star experience and felt safe and impressed, while others were disappointed by check-in and value issues; net sentiment aligns with a very strong overall experience.
