Good location, rooms spacious and clean we have amazing view could see etihad stadium and reception staff friendly. Night time staff at bar very nice also and parking next to hotel £20 a day

Breakfast was a bit of a let down, buffet - always empty dishes was either no eggs available or no beans or no hash browns so couldn’t get a full breakfast not enough chefs or organisation not up to marks which comes down to manager as the food was good also the pancakes absolutely disgusting Icey cold like they’ve been in fridge we stayed 2 nights and complained as my little boy wanted them. Eventually put some warm ones out but just reheats from microwave could tell manager wasn’t bothered and even no Nutella so only choice of topping was jam or syrup on a cold pancake? Manager needs to sort simple things out the chefs were over worked one guy doing omelettes and the eggs aswell

Came in 8 months pregnant and didn’t receive any assistance with my lugggage

The marriott is a superb hotel , staff were helpful and friendly, The bar area was good food was very good in the bar area

Only downside i have is the breakfast is a little hit and miss one day no bacon , 2nd day no pancakes , its very hectic queuing for tables needs a better system but the staff were excellent always trying best to do the best for you
