The receptionist Ivan was so helpful made our stay much better,

The housekeeper didn’t clean properly & didn’t refill the toilet tissues although one left 1st day the 2nd day were non , annoyed us had to went to down and it up , there’s no telephone to communicate with receptionist. Didn’t like that at all .
