This is a no frills hotel. I am not sure if it was a language issue or a cultural issue, but none of my requests were met. I asked for a wake up call. It never came. I asked for a taxi to be called, I ended up having to catch one on my own on the street. The hotel is a few blocks from an ATM and super market. Places to eat are a bit further away. Once I was shown how the television worked, it operated fine.

Bed sheets were not really white and not so clean than I expect. Carpet on the floor is not a good idea. Bathroom not very clean and it was water coming from the upper floor.

Jag checkade in måndag kl 14, och checkade ut lördag kl 22. Under min vistelse blev inte mitt rum städat. Jag fick bära ut sopor själv och köpa eget toapapper när det tog slut.

تجربة سيئة جداً لن تتكرر التعامل سيء والصور والمواصفات غير صحيحة وغير مطابقة الموظفون بدل من إمتصاص غضب العميل من سوء الخدمة يضيفون لها سوء التعامل الجاكوزي لايعمل في كل الفندق بحجة الإزعاج والشكاوى!!!!!! وهذا العذرة أول مرة نسمع به في أي فندق بالعالم ليس كل الصور واقعية وبناء على كلام الموظف لابد من ذكر أن المرفق يعمل من يعوض ماتم دفعه والصدمة الحاصلة!!!!!! الأثاث والدورات (كرمتم) تحتاج لصيانة الإفطار منوع نوعاً هذا الشيء الوحيد المقبول
