Nothing to complain about it

The location was brilliant, a short walk to Newmarket mall and an even shorter walk to Remuera station where the new train system runs every 15 minutes, it's fantastic. We were upstairs which was a pain getting all our belongings around but that's a very small thing. For being a little dated, the room was sparkling clean, I didn't even see any scuff marks or anything. The parking was great, a little tight when you try to exit because large cars kept parking in the 'Small car only' spots but they can't help that. It was quiet considering how packed it was.

I mean it was a little dated and trying to squeeze past large cars on the way out was a bit hairy at times. It suited our needs well. My main issue was the single bed kept rolling away while I was trying to get into it or to sleep, we found it funny but it was also mildly annoying trying to sleep.

Parking is available and room is large compared to other accommodations.

Access to 2nd floor rooms was quite far from our parking.

It was clean and comfortable.

We and another room complained to after hours about the room next door being noisy at 2 am multiple times and staff said they would tell them to be quiet and never did.

Great location & comfortable bed. Room was lovely and clean & had everything we needed.
