住客評價分析

• Cleanliness9.4

Repeated praise for very clean rooms and new facilities, with isolated issues: mouldy toilet tiles and some worn towels mentioned by a few guests.

• Service9.7

Very strong service sentiment: multiple staff named (Lily, Bella, May, Howard, Sunny, Terry Tang) praised for helpfulness, translation and going above-and-beyond; one note about no staff outside at entrance for late-night arrivals.

• Location9.2

Frequently described as excellent and convenient for shops, restaurants and local food stalls; a minority cited location/noise or taxi difficulty finding the hotel.

• Room Quality9.1

Rooms described as spacious, comfortable beds and large; some bathroom shortcomings noted (no bidet, small shower water flow, AC temperature issues) and worn bath towels reported by one guest.

• Amenities9.0

Good on-site amenities mentioned (gym, pools, modern facilities); breakfast feedback mixed (some glowing, one reviewer wished for more dim sum).

• Value for Money8.9

Perceived as good value with favorable booking deals and repeat guests, though some quality issues (towels, minor bathroom wear) slightly reduce perceived value.

• Food and Beverage8.8

Breakfast described as very good by several guests but a few found it lacking or would have preferred more dim sum; local street food outside seen as a plus.

• Overall Experience8.7

Strong overall recommendations and repeat stays; excellent staff and cleanliness drive positive overall sentiment, tempered by occasional location/transport and minor room/bathroom issues.
